| Denver Shores is not a "mobile home park" in the sense of the phrase. It is a well cared for community with tight controls on who moves in taking care to look for applicants that will fit into a family atmosphere with quiet neighbors. We do criminal background checks to help in this effort. It is in our own interest to not rent to the first person that comes along as that would cause aggravations later and a future loss in revenue in addition to not being fair to existing residents. So rest assured that your community will continue to be managed in a way conducive to a quiet family neighborhood. |
