Denver Shores is not a "mobile home park" in the sense of the phrase.  It is a well cared for community with tight controls on who moves in taking care to look for applicants that will fit into a family atmosphere with quiet neighbors.  We do criminal background checks to help in this effort.  It is in our own interest

It now is faster than ever to Charlotte.  The new 4 lane Hwy 16 is now open to St. James Church Rd. which is about a mile from Denver Shores.  That will make any trip to Charlotte quicker than ever.
